This is our top pick for Greek cuisine. It’s like stepping into a little piece of Greece right here in Texas. The authentic dishes will have your taste buds dancing. The staff is great, and the food is better.
Pierinos

If you’re after Italian fare, Pierinos is the spot. While their pizzas are great, our favorite is the chicken Tuscany. Probably the best we’ve had.
Arepitas

Craving Venezuelan? Have you ever been Venezuelan? Arepitas is your spot. Their arepas are legendary in these parts.
Black Bear Diner

For the quintessential American diner experience, Black Bear is the place. The menu is extensive, and the atmosphere is cozy. It’s a local favorite for a reason. It’s fairly new in this area but is quickly becoming a hit.
Finger Lickin Foods
1100 Old FM 440 Rd, Killeen, TX 76549
As the name suggests, the food here is finger-licking good. You’ll find all sorts of greasy gut bombs, but the show’s real star is their wings. You won’t find a better wing in town.
Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe

Spice things up with their Cajun flavors. It’s a taste explosion you won’t forget. It’s one of the few places in the Harker Heights area where you can get fried alligator.
Bobby Lupo’s Pizza
420 E FM 2410 Rd, Harker Heights, TX 76548
Who doesn’t love a good pizza? And Bobby Lupo’s is the best in Harker Heights. It’s as authentic of NY-style pizza as you can get outside the Big Apple. They also have a full menu outside of pizza — wings, salads, etc. We love their crust and toppings. They don’t skimp on anything and their crust is easily one of the best in the pizza industry.
The Shack Caribbean Seafood and Grill

Seafood with a Caribbean twist, yes, please! You don’t have to be a fan of seafood to enjoy this place — they’ve got something for everyone. The dishes are flavorful, and the portion sizes are generous. Plus, you can’t beat their prices. Great seafood at a low price right here in Harker Heights.
